Hi let me introduce myself
I’m Francesca, I’m 36 years old, mother of two little girls.
My journey into the world of Pilates and Yoga began 9 years ago, after the arrival of my second daughter. In that period I felt the need to find a psycho-physical balance, so I started practicing Pilates and Yoga, discovering how much these disciplines could transform the body and mind.
From that moment, my passion has grown more and more, leading me to specialize as a Pilates Matwork and Yoga teacher for children and teenagers.
I felt the benefits of the Pilates method on myself and understood how much it improves posture, strength and balance, and how Yoga can be a precious tool for developing concentration and inner serenity.
