Hida Veseli, Bioenergetics and gentle bioenergetic massage

I was born in Kosovo in 1977, I moved with my mother and siblings to Switzerland in 1991 to join my father who had been working in Lugano for years. I grew up in Paradiso, lived in Lugano for 15 years and have lived in Morcote since November 2024. In 2010 I took a special step: I became a Swiss citizen. For 25 years I worked in the fashion industry and the last 16 in a prestigious French fashion house, in the role of customer service, visual merchandising and assistant manager. A stimulating path that allowed me to develop sensitivity, precision and interpersonal skills that I now bring to my work as a Bioenergetics teacher. In 2019, my encounter with Bioenergetics came at a particularly significant moment in my life. After a few months of personal practice, I felt the desire to delve deeper into this approach and chose to undertake a two-year training at IPSO – Institute of Somato-relational Psychology in Milan and then a one-year training at the Eva Reich Study Centre in Milan.

I have been practising bioenergetics for over six years and I can honestly say that it has profoundly transformed my life, enriching it on a physical, emotional and relational level. This is why I would also like to share this experience with others, through group and individual pathways, both in body practice and massage.

What is bioenergetic practice?
Bioenergetic practice is a bodywork that combines movement, breathing, emotional expression and body awareness to promote psychophysical well-being. It was developed in the 1950s by Alexander Lowen, an American physician and psychotherapist, student of W. Reich, and pioneer of body analysis in psychotherapy.
Lowen dedicated his life to integrating the body into psychotherapy, convinced that emotions and traumas are imprinted in the body in the form of chronic muscular tension. Bioenergetic exercises aim to release these tensions, release blocked energy and re-establish authentic contact with oneself and others. The exercises offered are simple and suitable for everyone; a bioenergetic movement class is held weekly for one hour, during which comfortable clothing is recommended. Practising together in a circle offers an experience that allows us to rediscover the pleasure of connection with others.

Main benefits :
– Deepen your breathing
– Release muscle tension and minor aches and pains
– Gently rebalance the nervous system
– Awaken vital energy
– Make the body more elastic and flexible
– Cultivate presence in the here and now, with grounding and centring
– Connect with your emotions and feelings, in an authentic and conscious way.

What is Eva Reich’s Gentle Bioenergetic Massage?

It is a treatment created by Dr Eva Reich, daughter of W.Reich, also known as butterfly massage because of its gentle, caressing touch, similar to the beating of a butterfly’s wings. Through gentle contact over the whole body, it helps to re-establish the connection with one’s own life flow and to rediscover the regenerating power of touch. The massage lasts about 40 minutes and is received clothed in a comfortable environment.

Main benefits:
– Harmonically activates vital functions
– Strengthens the immune system, from birth to adulthood
– Promotes physical, emotional and relational well-being
– Strengthens the mother-child relationship
– In adults, it is a natural relaxant that awakens the pleasure of contact and body awareness
