Systemic-Relational Psychotherapy is a therapeutic orientation that analyses relational relational dynamics and redefines the individual symptom in the light of the context of the significant relationships: couple system, family system, friendship and professional context. Through the therapeutic relationship the patient experiences the dimensions of acceptance listening, accompanying change, valorising resources by putting themselves in and trying to make sense of their own experiences and emotions. This therapeutic process aims to modify dysfunctional models and dynamics through the active involvement of the individual/family and the therapist.
