4. Third-party software and suppliers

Eversports
We use Eversports for the management of bookings. The data provided at registration is stored on the supplier’s secure servers.

Every user who registers via Eversports is automatically added to our newsletter list via integration with Mailchimp.

Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to send our newsletters. Mailchimp may store personal data on servers in the USA. We ensure that the transmission takes place in accordance with standard contractual clauses.

5. Legal basis of the processing

Under the DPA and, where applicable, the GDPR, processing is lawful when:
