Camille Ansaldi, Nutritionist Biologist

Camille Saldi

I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a Cellular-Biomolecular Curriculum, presenting a thesis entitled ‘The use of BIVA (Bioelectrical Impedance Vector Analysis) in the monitoring and prevention of cardiac problems’.

I then obtained a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition Sciences with a thesis on Nutrition as a complementary therapy for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. In addition, I obtained a specialisation to become certified as an Expert in Sports Nutrition at SANIS Academy, School of Advanced Training in  Nutrition and Integration in Sport.

Ever since I was a child I have been passionate about sport and psycho-physical wellbeing, in fact I have always had a clear idea of what to do as a profession. I have practised various sports, even at a competitive level. This has brought me more and more into the world of sports, so nutrition in relation to performance and competitive goals, but also for the goals of amateur athletes.

Suffering from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, I found myself for many years without answers and without an effective treatment suitable for me, which is why I wanted to further focus my studies on pathologies and how nutrition affects them.

My mission is to help those seeking balance with food, as well as to help people achieve their physical and sports performance goals.
