Virgi dall'Aglio, Teacher of Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Virgi dall'Aglio

Virgi dall’Aglio, teacher of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra with two-year training at the Hamsa school of master Maurizio Morelli with whom I also did a one-year master course.

When I practice, I live and propose Yoga as a journey. A journey in communion with our body and soul, within ourselves.

For me, sharing yoga is always an experience of relationship with both our physical understood as a functional unity where each of its parts generates connections with other parts, and also with the other practitioners, because in a yoga sequence the psychophysical well-being of the whole group is the main goal.

group is the main objective. Since Yoga is a discipline that unifies oneself and the universe, the journey one undertakes is also energetic. undertaken is also energetic. The activation of the main chakras, in fact, occurs through the correct execution of asana, pranayama, bandha and mudra that harmoniously follow one another.

However, it is true that the ultimate goal of yoga is Samadhi, but the journey offers numerous benefits: improved physical and mental health, mental clarity and a widespread well-being that makes us more balanced and calm to face life!
